Services and Care

Our close care properties are sold on 125-year leases to ensure that the provision of all services and care are tied to the management of the Care Home, thereby providing the owner with a known source and protection from escalating costs.

Personal and/or home care is available as and when required (24 hours a day; 365 days a year) from the neighbouring care home, and can be adapted to suit individual needs. It is divided into two parts:

1. The provision of emergency on call care on site, which is covered by the service charge..

2. Pre-programmed care and services, which are provided in accordance with individually prepared care plans, when and if required.
