• To ensure care is delivered in accordance with agreed contracts of care.
• To manage and implement a formal programme of staff recruitment and training .
• To maintain a structured system of support for staff.
• To retain skilled staff who can provide group and individual activities.

Nynehead Court is unique in providing the following services within the all-inclusive fee:

• Use of  wheelchair accessible minibus and car, taxis, two 4 seater golf buggies and a number of single seat battery cars
• Regular presentations, concerts, talks and entertainment
• Regular escorted outings, visits, picnics, cream teas and pub lunches
• Transportation and accompaniment to GP/ hospital appointments and local visits
• Chiropody, reflexology and physiotherapy services from private consultants
• Daily house newspapers, books, journals and a visiting library
• Aperitif before dinner and wine with meals
• Regular drinks parties and visits hosted by the Friends of Nynehead Court
• Varied exhibitions, concerts and displays in the orangery
